So I got this bike off craigslist, and it came with the axles removed from the hubs. Unfortunately they are miche hubs (i'm assuming because that's what it said on the quick releases), and one of the cones is missing from, the rear hub.

They have cartridge bearings and the cones are flat. Does anyone know if there is anywhere to get a replacement one? I have a feeling i'm out of luck. Here are some pictures:
