Well... yes. I've never seen an Ultegra 10 speed long reach RD before. It looks like you only need to change the RD and the Cassette. The Brifters and chain are already 10 speed specific. You could also use the Sram XX 10 speed cassette, It will work with the 10 speed chain and shares a 10 speed spacing standard with Shimano.
