I was coming back from King City w/ some people awhile back ... we had a tailwind and one of the guys who enjoys riding TTs went to the front to hammer for a bit. I got on his wheel, tucked in and maintained 52km/h behind him. 52km/h using 38x14 = 155rpm, which is the highest cadence I've ridden at for any length of time. It completely blows my mind when I
then think about the cadences track racers get up to.

Anyway, were you comfortable w/ that gearing in the Donut group? I'm pretty happy w/ my setup ... 30-40km/h works out to about 90-120rpm, which is great for the "people who ride but not-so-much race" class of rider I normally train with for the Bike Rally.
