I think it's a non-match to a Fuji "The Finest," as all that I've found here on BF have more elaborate lugging and also the "typical" Fuji fork crown.

Also, nearly every thread mentioned that, while the entire frame was indeed chrome, that which was under the paint was not polished very well, as paint wouldn't stick to it well. The chrome on this frame is indeed very high quality.
