Not sure what your point is here. It looks to me that the pedestrian was moving to the right of the crosswalk, so that he was going to intersect the kerb at about the stop line. ( Against the rules, yes. Unexpected? Not by me ) When he saw you coming up fast, thought you were going to roll through the red, and momentarily moved further right to cross behind you, but continued on in a more direct line when you stopped. Do you disagree with this interpretation?
