That's a Mark 3 Moulton "F-frame", and it is the non-separable (and non-folding) version. The mark 3 was the best of the F-frame models in many ways - much stronger than the Mk1, and lighter than the Mk2. Aesthetically, I suppose it's in the eye of the beholder..
For people looking to modify an F-frame to make a performance bike, the Mk3 may be the most desirable model to go for.
Value - not sure. Are you in the UK, USA...? Your best bet might be selling it on eBay (week auction). Restrict it to local pick-up only, unless you really want to deal with packaging it up and posting it.
