Thanks Bob. I'm going to go a local bike shop after I get my frame in and get a nicer 8 speed derailleur then. No way am I making the jump to 10 speed as I already everything besides the rear derailleur and the chain. I would not like to go through the trouble of finding another set of hubs, delacing the wheels I'm building up, selling the ergo levers I have and all of that other jazz. Just does not sound like fun.
