I would probably head back Monday early afternoon.
We're nowhere near organized enough to have yet picked out a rendezvous point! The motel I'm staying at in OC (the Spinnaker) is at 18th and Baltimore. I haven't firmed up my route yet -- too wrung out from work to think about it tonight. I may end up leaving the car at Tuckahoe or someplace a bit closer in than the Kent Island P&R. I'm going to do a few test laps around the airport tomorrow on my bike, fully loaded up (camping gear and all, though obviously I won't have all that stuff with me this weekend), which should give me an idea of how slow I'm really going to be. (Extremely, I suspect. ) I've never done this before, so it's all completely uncharted territory. (I've never even ridden the Trek *unloaded* more than 10 miles at a pop -- I use my much lighter Airborne for century rides.)

Another scheduling wrinkle for me: I need to be back home by about 5:00 on Monday, so I'm going to have to leave OC in the morning.

I'll try to post my final route sometime tomorrow early evening.
