As noted, a Wound Up cross fork. The same guy had a Calfee with the track ends. A picture of it is on the fixed gear gallery (#413).

The frame was on ebay this past week. Looks like he transferred everything off of the Clafee onto the Moots. Very, very nice.

Something in my memory banks tells me he runs a shop Vecchio's in Colorado. Hence the sticker on the toptube.
