Yep! Bike is all shiny clean, took a quick spin around the neighborhood today with the packed bags (which turned out to be only about 6 pounds heavier than my commuting load -- that garment bag pannier I use weighs a ton!!), just need to finalize the starting point and second half of the route, and print out some maps.

Check-in at the motel is 3:00 on Saturday, so I'm going to try to arrive close to that time.
