I also have hyperhidrosis and recently did a clinical trial where they lasered my underarm sweat glands out. Out of the whole country, I was the second sweatiest person they did it one! Anyway, now that those glands have been closed (although I still sweat a little there), I guess my body is overheating and sweat is pouring down my face when I ride, and now my glasses are fogging up all over the place! I tried spraying some anti-fog solution on em but that didn't do much.
