Definitely depends on how long you're taking it.

25+mph for <15 mins if it's dead flat for me and I'm killing myself. 30 for brief sprints < 10 sec.

Once you go to an hour+, I drops to 22 and below, but there are usually hills to kill my pace at that duration.
