very cool mr IGH. im going to start collecting parts for the conversion, but for the moment i need to read alot more, as you just made me realize i did not know the difference between freewheels and cassette freehubs. i do now! the 700c are getting common around here because of the fixie trend, so i will take advantage of that when people get rid of parts. this is going to be a tourer/commuter/distance bike. im looking for 10-12 versatile gears to use for everything, and a suntour superbe f/r deraillure.
