Its not just that the mechanic didnt know Campy. They sell Park Tools at REI. They have a mechanics area filled with Park tools. The wrench in question was a Park tool. Its just such a brush off line to give a customer. Some really basic knowledge of bikes, and a little customer service, was all I was looking for and sure didnt get. I still think that when I walk in a store that the salespeople have some interest and knowledge about what they sell. I need to shed this misconception.
