I agree. I've had both, and even though the bike shop guy convinced me that the Open Pros are a better made rim, and a bit lighter, I still prefer the stiffness of the CXP33s. I can no longer use an Open Pro on the rear because I find them too flexy. I'm about 190lbs

However, I cracked a CXP33, which is the only rim I've ever busted. This seems unusual, as many people describe them as "bomb proof" -- I wouldn't go that far.
