Unfortunately, i don't have a camera. The stop is brazed onto the headtube with the threaded hole parallel to the downtube (for clarity, if ya ran a cable directly through the stop hole the cable would run parallel to the downtube). i do not necessarily need to have the adjustors here, but neither the derailleur cable housing caps nor the housing itself will fit properly into the stops themselves (they are threaded). i would literally have to mash the housing cable (sans end-cap) into the stop to get it to fit. i hope that helps.
