Apparently I do that with my left shoulder ... probably something to do with the fact that I tore the rotator cuff in 2001, and separated it badly enough that it constantly dislocates in 2007. However, if I make an effort to drop that shoulder when I ride, I get less neck pain, and less arm pain.
I'd rather just move my shifter to compensate...
