I agree with cc...

You don't have to mess with the wheels unless you're having a problem, and there are stop-gap measures for summer-time lighting.

Option #1 comes with smaller, bite-sized chunks - and allows to you to comfortably pay as you go. Always wise in these economic times.

BTW, that's gonna be a very nice ride when you're done with it.
