IF you do end up taking it back to Target and getting store credit look for a bike with no suspension at all, as has already been said by another poster. Rear suspension at price points under say $800 (maybe $1000) is just going to be awful. Front suspension at price points under say $300-$400 is going to be awful as well. If you aren't going to spend good money on a new bike don't try to buy a full suspension.
