The only 'Marauder' I could find referenced someone's homebuilt trike. As such, I doubt that anybody here would have any direct experience. Generally speaking, the chain won't pull all the hair off your leg, but you may want to find a chain lube other than oil, in order to keep your leg cleaner. Remote steering can be kept under the main tube, and thus out of your legs' way. How fast is it? No idea, but trikes are generally slower than comparably-low two wheelers.
