I learned a couple of things. One, small frames are hard to find.
In talking to some local folks, who sell, I found the smaller stuff moves way, way faster, and is way, way harder to find, so there's a premium on it.
Every CL seems to have it's share of sketchy flippers, and you've just got to live with 'em.
+1 Small road bikes (19 inch frames) sell themselves. I have only found three to flip in the last year, and they were all lower end bikes. Its really hard to find a small high end bike. They all sold quickly to buyers that had been looking a long time.
