How small is this bend in the rim? Is it lateral or vertical? Did the tire flat? Will the wheel still roll without hitting the brakepads?
We're not trying to be mean here, but your story as your communicating it doesn't make a lot of sense. And actually if this exercise helps you better articulate what happened, you'll be in better shape to explain it to the seller.
