Going to the grocery store when you have a sugar craving is a bad idea. I bought a huge bag of m&m's, 2 12 packs of pop tarts (rocket fuel for rides), a huge box of cookies, and a 6 pack of little debbie 'cosmic brownies'.

Too much refined sugar causes spikes and crashes. Being a kid of the 80s, who grew up in Miami, my suggestion would probably be to do cocaine instead.
