The "Best Stuff" was in the January 2005 issue of CP. Ten bucks here in Texas, but well worth the price. Only CP has the humor to review and rate a "banana carrier" - the only device you will ever need to carry a naked banana in back pocket of your jersey.
For Continental tires, start at the main website and then dig down to the actual tire you are interested in. The road tire link is too long for me to type, and I don't know how to copy links.
The second link is to the Conti website for the UK. It has some magazine test reports, and some technical articles on tires for downloading. It is written in "British" ("bar", not "PSI") but has more technical information than does the American-English Conti pages.
