I would use it, If youwant mechs Id go with Avids they are great and HIGHLY adjustable, Hayes are good too, but not as adjustable as Avids, in Hindsight I wish I got Avids, but for the price the 05 mechs where a STEAL AND A HALF (on ebay) 83 bucks for calipers, rotors, cables levers an bolts nana nana boo boo.
