I try not to let those stops bug me too much, lots of bad stuff happens at night. I commute home at 12:30 AM and I was stopped one night while riding home in the rain one night. I guess that was suspicious activity. It's all good now becasue the cops are used to seeing me and they seem to watch for me. One night a cop shined his lights on my bike while I was fixing a flat bsing with me while I was making the repair.
