Nokia 8200 at 79g is the lightest I know of. They have not been made for a while but can still be found used. No camera/GPS/GameBoy/personal massager. It's just a reliable phone. Get a prepaid T-Mobile SIM and you are good to go.

There's a small samsung that has a camera that is almost as light, and is more current.
