Billy Bob. I suffer from the same neck issues that you state only I dont last nearly as long before I have pain. I can definitely recommend the Sequioa. My Elite has let me ride farther and longer than ever. It is a very comfortable, quality bike with good components. The adjustable stem lets you fiddle with a fitment that works for you. I am buying a shorter one to see if that helps anymore. I dont think the suspension seatpost really ads much. I am considering replacing it with the Specialized Pave carbon fiber unit. The carbon stays, fork and bar with the zertz inserts really damps the vibration. Good luck to you
