513Aussie, IMO they are not to ostentatious, I like white like some others here on the forum and thus don't see any problem with white shoes. So I'd say they are to ostentatious if YOU think they are, don't worry about what other think or don't think about them, if you like them, wear them, if you don't then don't.

Smoothie you have those snakeskin shoes also by Gaerne eh?? I have them also, and really like them, good shoes and color/design eh??
