I had a similar problem; it was a BB cup that wasn't as tight as possible. Don't know if that's your problem, but my reccomendation with all such problems is: take everything as far apart as the tools you have will allow, clean, grease, reassemble. Sometimes that finds the problem; most of the time it goes away. Of course, it's also my idea of a fun evening
