i'm pretty sure that front wheel on the philly bike is an old corima tri wheel. i've seen a couple from when they use to be 3 "spoked" whereas now it's all carbon 4 spoked for their tris.
the bmx wheels you're thinking of might been the generic term "mag".. is that what you're saying?
