I owned a Specialized Roubaix for a few years and I liked it a lot.
I never tested their customer service all that much myself----I did ask quite a few questions of their rep and got many knowledgeable answers, which is good enough for me. However, there was a thread in the Road forum a few years ago where a guy bought a used Allez and, after buying it, he noticed a crack in the frame near the headset. He contacted Specialized and they gave him a new frame. I guess that this is not always going to be the case with Specialized but I thought it was above and beyond the duty of a manufacturer to do that.
