If you have the patience, you can cut the tube into strips to use as rim tape...
Btw, I saw someone this past week rip out a Schrader valve after pumping up when they confused a frame pump that locks when
flipped up with one that locks when
flipped down. I was even joking that they would pop the tube when it came out and the tube started hissing...
