whatever you are most comfortable with. drops are the most versatile and give the most hand positions, but bullhorns look nice and give a good position as well. I'm bidding on a set of sweet mavic hullhorns for my brakeless winter bike, but once the summer comes they will probably go onto my nicer bike.

If all goes according to plan, I will have swapped off my drop bars, brake levers,m lines and calipers, but I'm not 100% sure yet if I want to ride brakeless on my spicer. However, if I do I would be more than happy to sell you them for a cheap price. the bars are ritchey ergonomic with cable routing, pretty wide wrapped in deda light grey cork tape with a little electrical tape at the ends to cover bike fall over tears. The brakes are suntour GPX in a dark metallic blue grey with light grey hoods. One of the levers has a scratch on the front but they are both pretty new. The caplipers are nice and strong and the spring is internally housed so it won't rust up ever. theres pictures of them on my bike.

Do you have a stem that has a removable bolt on front plate? Because otehrwise you would have to remove the levers and tape before you put it on which would be a waste of tape kind of.
