Unless you have some unique body proportions, I'd think a 58cm frame would be within the typical recommended size. Of course, your mileage may vary based on your personal preferences and the geometry of the specific model you're looking at. I'm 6'1" and I've always ridden a 58 and I'm pretty comfortable on a 56 also.
