yo folks i know this might be somewhere on the site but i saw a really small racing bike tonight on one of my community rides and forget what brand it was but the seat was really high for the rider and the wheels were like half the size of a regular road bike.. anyone know what these bikes are called??

it goes just as fast as a normal roadbike too, just not all that great on hilly terrain. post if you know what im talkin about. thanks
