I don't think so. You can train your body to ride all kinds of different cadences. It just takes time and a lot of miles. When I started, I was quite comfy at 80. Now I'm quite comfy at 105. I imagine that if I targeted it, I could get comfy at 80 again.
This is what I love about cycling; a statement like that that would make a large percentage of the outside world shudder is considered normal in BF.
