Of course not, but I don't think the comparison is an apt one. The swastika is a symbol particular to a specific, white supremacist ideology. The hammer and sickle was Russia's symbol of the proletariat/working class since the beginning of the 20th century, long before Stalin took over and turned the country into a nightmare. Yes, it represented communism, but it did not specifically represent despotism and totalitarianism.
