I do, hate flats and they seem to help. You'll have to watch the valves, if the slime gets in the threads and is not cleaned the valve will be glued in place. Many punctures I've had go flat in the garage overnight, just the way I like it!

They are messy, be warned and keep a rag handy when dealing with them.
