BOTH!
As an As an Ironman Triathlete that is pretty much my weekend long bricks - well almost. I tend to ride 80 then run 15, 18, 20 or 22 depending on the week and where I am in my build-up. Every other week I will switch the emphasis one Saturday will be bike 80 run 18 (emphasis bike), the next weekend it will be bike 65, run 22(emphasis run). For my cool down I may even swim an easy 2000 meters after - nice if it was a hot day.
