Been a while so thought I would update things. It's been a bit weird.
I have beaten my best 10 mile TT time from last year by over 2 minutes (!) did a 26.12 last week.
I'm finding that I am more powerful, just need to get some miles in the legs.
Another weird one, I was never able to trackstand for more than about 5 seconds. I can now do it for ages with no practice.

When I had my crash last april. I was strong enough to hang on in a 4/5 crit and place in a weak 5 field.
When I got back and started training. I was stronger than before within a couple of months of being back, and now 9 months after getting back on, I'm one of the guys some of the 4's look out for in a race that comes down to a sprint (as I've been told).
Interesting, isn't it?
