I got a letter from Nashbar last week with the same info. This is most likely where some asshats got my debit card number from and did about $80.00 worth of damage to my checking account. A lot of small charges here and there over the period of about a month or so. I had some unauthorized charges from Netflix and Match.com to name a few. It was no big deal because my bank was able to take care of the charges and I had the money back in my account a few weeks later. The letter I got from Nashbar offered me 30% off my next purchase. So I called up to confirm what card or cards I may have used over the last few months or years so I can get them changed to new cards. I asked about the 30% off and stated that they need to bump that up to 50% off or I would no longer be a valued customer.
