What to eat what to eat...
I want to make the most out of my piddly nightly workouts to build the muscles. Mostly in the arms and the abs.
What exactly should i be eating throughout the day. Protein after workouts or before? Should i be eating a lot to build the arm muscles? Or less to make the abs look better?
If y'alls can inform me what i should be eating to be building the muscle, ill eat it. Im clueless right now
