See the comments by Alex Simmons for the blog post preceding the one to which you linked. Contador's estimated W/kg for that climb was well within believability for a world class climber (somwhere around 6.2 to 6.5 W/kg for ~20 minutes).
Except for that fact that contador was projected at, at least, 6.7 and as high as 7.0 depending on which stats for the climb you take. A little more suspect.
