Just scored a Merckx track bike from a friend and was wondering if anyone could help me determine the age of the bike. I emailed Eddy but he has not responded (maybe he is at the tour) The serial number is E 9701. There is a small diamond shaped on the bottom bracket that is painted red. Sorry cant figure out how to post a pic.
