If you have a private septic system, I'd be very hesitant to dump that stuff down the drain.

Also, there was a comment about the OA getting into the rim and not getting flushed out with the tire is in place, and I think that is a point well taken. Last thing you'd want is to come in contact with it weeks later when changing a tire on the road. I think it would be best to remove the tire, tube & rim strip first.
