Performance makes a new bib called the ultra lite [red w/white straps]. I wore them on the first part of a double century and wore the Assos Mille the second part. I had no pain [using a SLR Carbonio saddle] even after that 12.5 hour ride. Stick with the Assos and if you can afford it buy two.
