I was just sitting here thinking about all that Garfield and I had been through. We even went to Canada and cycled around then Rockies for a week together.

I was thinking about how I haven't told my kids yet and I realised that I have had Garfield longer than I've had my children. Then I thought, "Garfield was with me for 5 years before I even met my wife."

I still look around that section of road as I pass to see if I can spot a pair of plastic eyes looking up at me.
