Calfee Tetra Pro can be had around 3k for frame and fork. Different options/paint combos may go over the 3k mark... but you will have an awesome frame. Believe me
I have a Calfee Tetra Pro and it is a great bike. It is also available with custom geometry. Mine has a 2cm longer head tube which is only a $100 up charge.
