I use a $13 Miche chain and it works just fine for me. I couldn't really tell the difference between it and my $60 Izumi chain. Then again I'm no expert. There has to be a legitimate reason why certain chains are more expensive, I just don't know what it would be. Better performance, lubrication and manufacturing?
